FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What do I wear to a pole class?

Something you are comfortable in. Ideal gear is something similar to what you would wear to gym. Shorts & a T or singlet. If you're not 100% comfy with the idea of shorts just yet, three quarter leggings are OK for the first couple of classes. However, pole work requires skin-to-pole contact so as long as you wear something you can 'roll up', you will be fine!

What about shoes?

Bare feet are fine to start with. After your first couple of classes, and if you want to, bring along some sexy heels for your pole work. Heels really help tone the legs and bum. And in what other sport can you wear heels?

What do I need to bring with me?

A yoga/exercise mat and a hand towel or face washer. The mat is for the warm-up & stretches on the floor at the start and end of the class and the towel is to wipe down your hands and pole as you work.
